Not reliable. Use other websites I believe this is a very good website for landlords but they have a terrible customer service, especially if THEY CHARGE YOU 89 EUROS for it as it's happened to me. Here's why: -THE DATE OF AVAILABILITY IS OFTEN WRONG (they often write that the room is available from the 1st of the month, but most of the time it's not like that. They should be more precise and ask the landlord until when the renter has actually rented the room) -THEY DON'T CHECK IF THE INFORMATION GIVEN BY THE LANDLORD IS TRUE. This is implied in their Terms and Condition. I therefore want to point out here some inaccuracy or wrong information I noticed, because otherwise there is no other way for people to know: -it's written that the house ('LUXURY ROOM IN THE CENTER AND NEAR THE FACULTY OF TOURISM AND ECONOMICS' in Calle SANTIAGO APÓSTOL, 26, Huelva, Spain) has central heating, but it's NOT TRUE -it's written that gas is included in the price, but there is nothing that works with gas in the house. So YOU HAVE TO PAY ELECTRICITY, which is not included -INTERNET DOESN'T WORK well. If you are a student during the pandemic, it's impossible to have class online -the bidet is CLOGGED -the bedroom doors have PADLOCKS (and the landlord tells you to lock yourself in at night) -the doorframe of the bathroom is BROKEN and falls down I had to write it here, because Erasmusu doesn't give you the possibility to review the single flats, so it's very difficult to judge them.
