Mi hanno truffato, ho provato a prenotare una camera facendo il bonifico del primo mese con in più 70euro di spese amministrative, il proprietario non ha accettato la mia offerta, a quel punto ho richiesto il rimborso ma mi hanno trattenuto comunque i 70euro anche se da condizioni contrattuali avrei dovuto ricevere un rimborso completo.
