It’s a very insecure service.
Moving to Turin, I needed a place in emergency so I booked a room, but I failed to see it was a shared room because information is poorly displayed.
The landlord didn’t answer so I couldn’t move in.
They take your money right away without even getting in touch with the landlord. So now I’ve been in Airbnb for a week, unable to get the 309€ I payed them back.
Avoid if possible.
