I am not happy with Erasmusu/spotahome they do not have an interest in helping or give service, just want you to book something, and then they wash hands or auto reply, and point at their terms where they not responsible for anything posted on their site. I have experience problems with places was not available, or the price was different or different terms, or lately a 5 km difference in location (different town/city) Because they take so high fees from teantent and commission from the landlord, they don't want to do anything that makes them loose that, even if it has been misleading information on the site. My advice look for something in the Facebook groups or find something after arrivel. Due to the landlord feels he only got half of the money from Erasmusu, he will kick me out 15 days before, so in my 225€ was just for nothing!! Update: The answer from Erasmusu is not true, they have not been a single sorry before here, just washing hands, and no negotiation have been done.
