Very unhappy with my experience. I asked for a boiler service at the home of a vulnerable tenant, I was explicit in asking for the engineer to call me when he attended the address, this did not happen. The boiler was playing up and not providing hot water on all occasions, the display clearly said SERVICE, and I requested the engineer to attend, carry out a full service along with a general assesment of the heating system. The engineer arrived 2 hours late and was on site around 20mins, the boiler was simply reset and NO service was carried out. No paperwork was left on site, and I was subsequently debited £150 for around 20min visit to the house. I contacted ERG Facilties with my complaint, despite giving them opportunty to put this right, they have been very dismissive of both the service NOT being done, as well as not providing an explanation why the engineer did not calling me when on site. The complaint team has commented that a 'full investigation' of my query has been carried out and they have refused to even consider a partial refund of the £150 charge. I am now takng this up with the ombudsman. AVOID !!
