All tradesmen, Please don’t work for this company as this company is in administration since 19/08/22 and still allowed to operate to rescue out of it. This company is ripping people off and the tradesman are not paid at all. I was approached by a lady called Jade, taken my details from gas safe registered engineer. Although my company terms and conditions for payment to receive, is once job completed invoice served payments should be cleared by the contractor by week maximum, I had accepted by erg facilities Ltd company 30 days policies payment. I have my 10 invoices outstanding and not any of them are paid although all my customers have paid for the company since the job is completed successfully. All their reviews are fake and this company doesn’t have any tradesmen working for the company. They out source the jobs to local tradesmen and charge customers £139.00 plus vat for an hour, and they promise the plumbers to get paid £60.00 an hour, I paid for all parts to complete the job expecting my invoice to get paid but I am out of pocket £1500.00 it’s well over 3 months now an account are not responding to my reminder emails nor my to my phone calls. ERG ask us to let them know as soon as the job is completed so that they take the payment from the customers. Which I have witnessed, an here I am still not paid till date even though all jobs are completed in July 2023 I tried taking them to small claims court but been advised by business debt line to register my debt to insolvency case dealers. Details are on the attachment. Please all tradesmen worked for this company and out of pocket please register your debt to this insolvency case dealers and may get some payments out of them as ERG facilities Ltd is registered under Facilities Realisation limited Company number 10129961 Please pass on to your friends and families or even put this up on social media to let the whole country know about their operations.
