My 18 year old son lost his key whilst I was on holiday ..
he phoned this company and was told it was £155 call out fee..
the engineer tried picking the lock with no success
He then went to the rear door and wiggled out the rear door key to allow my other son access with his key
This was then charged at £195
On my return I’ve realised the front door lock is damaged and I am unable to open the door from either side..
I’ve contacted erg they have told me the engineer has not done this damage and my 30 day guarantee has expired …
