No hot water for 5 days and no response after diagnostic boiler issue!
As our house was not having hot water the appointment booking facility is very quick but then the repair process took 4 days and not even a follow up call to us from ERG!
Very much frustrating but they still charge huge amount of call out fee which a normal certified Engineer could charge less. Very disappointed!
Please improve your jobs Escalation service.
