Nothing but a bunch of scammers. Only agreed to go with the company because I was told that my leaking boiler would be repaired and working today and there was no call out charge. Was so desperate for the job to be completed that I even paid the extra cost for the Bank Holiday giving a total of £185 plus VAT. The job was not complete, I paid £185 plus vat for basically a call out charge and quote. I feel totally cheated and robbed by this disgusting company, extorting people with false promises and lies.
