Called thinking I was getting a local Locksmith. Was quoted £125 plus VAT plus materials. The guy came out and didn’t have the required part so said he would order and return but that I would not need to pay a second call out fee as it wasn’t my fault that he did not have the part in van and it was a 2 minute job. All in all £415 has been taken out of my account! I am a young Mum with very little money and the whole thing has made me feel sick to the core and that I have been completely taken advantage of. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAM!!!!
