Public ( ERG FACILITIES ) A little warning to anyone who might need to call out an Electrician , DO NOT use ERG Wrexham the number is a Wrexham number but they are based in Southend On Sea . I know of a Vulnerable person who thought he could smell smoke and called the emergency services , they came out found nothing but said an electrician would have to certify the property , The vulnerable persons carer phoned what she thought was a local electrical company , they quoted what it would cost and payment was made over the phone , The electrician arrived turned the power back on, checked one socket and walked out, he was in the house about 7 minutes . When the bank statements were checked they had ADDED another £73 to the bill . Calling this company was a waste of time , they insisted the higher price was agreed on , and they had carried out the instructions of their customer ( a nervous vulnerable person ) So If you know an Electrician who contracts for, or gets work through ERG FACILITIES Southend On Sea , he might be a nice guy down the pub , but he`s a fly guy and more than a bit unscrupulous at work , And so a bit dangerous ???
