I call the to diagnose a faulty f05 at boiler ferroli i25 for 222pounds. The engineer told me required to change the pcb of the boiler, for this I paid 316£ deposit from total of 576. He came next week with a wrong pcb...this was Thursday, Friday came again with right pcb but not a brand new pcb, was a refurbished pcb. He leave the property, but the boiler had same f05 fault. And now they expect to paid 260£ for a unfinished job and to book another job to fix the same issue like first time. Taxe extra care with them....
