What an absolute shower! I called ERG to come and fix a blocked drain and they guaranteed that they would be out by 5 pm. I got a call that same afternoon saying that they now had to rebook the appointment for the next day. A blocked drain is an emergency and I would have found someone else if they had indicated that the 5 pm was anything other than guaranteed. Their customer service was insincere and hopeless, the muck pishing out of my drain will likely evolve into a higher form of life than those working at ERG and thanks to those kind folk it will now have plenty of time.
