I called this company because I had water pouring from my ceiling through a light fitting. The arrived within the two hours. The 'plumber' who came was pleasant but said he needed to take down my ceiling to fix the problem. He was in the house less than 15 minutes. £150 charged! He said he'd cone back the next day. He didn't. Several calls later, erg had no idea what was happening. My leak is now fixed. A local, qualified plumber sorted it. Erg's assessment was wrong! They were going to take down my ceiling. Do not use this company. They won't sort your problem, just charge you for coming to look! I'll be in touch with trading standards!
