ERG charge you £150 upfront for someone simply turning up, regardless if any work is completed. They will then quote you extortionate prices for the work not top of the £150 you have paid for them to come out. it's set up to fool people and the company get your money for doing absolutely nothing. DO NOT USE THEM!! If you need work contact a reputable local contractor using check a trade. I have referred my complaint to Trading Standards. Google the company and you'll see they have been subject too 1000's of complaints and a Watch Dog report. There is also a website dedicated to their unethical business practices. Google ERG Facilities Ltd Scam. AVOID THEM.
