Without a boiler or electric so booked for 24 hour electrician to come out. Said they'd be here by 6. Got a call at half 5 to say they had no one that could make it until Monday (today is Saturday). So I was sat for three hours waiting for them when I could have been finding someone else.
Awful service, especially at such a difficult, stressful time.
