Their electrician (if the word can apply) charged £295 to replace a plug socket and fused an entire tenement of 22 flats. According to the network supplier he tampered with the central fuse box which clearly had an 'Authorised Persons Only' sign and even a security wire tie over it. Whilst it is not strictly ILLEGAL, it is certainly not advisable and normally only the Network Distrubuter should attempt.
