When my electricity went off I contacted ERG to supply me with a local contractor - cost £125 plus VAT. The contractor visited and found the fault within 10 minutes. I signed off that he had been less than 1 hour. Today I find that ERG have taken £300
from my account and are "looking into it". If I do not get a refund the press and my solicitor will be involved. What a shameful company !!!!!
