I called ERG for an emergency plumber at midday. I have no water until the problem is fixed. They said they’d come out between 3pm and 6pm. At 5:30pm they called to say they can’t come out after all. They could possibly do tomorrow but it could be at any time tomorrow. Why on earth did they accept the job if they couldn’t fulfil it? Now There is no chance of getting a plumber until tomorrow and I’ll have to spend the night without heat or water. I am totally appalled that they could treat me this way.
