Arranged for a locksmith to attend our property as the lock stuck in the locked position when we left for a night away. Locksmith was due to arrive between 2pm-4pm the following day. Nobody turned up. The excuse when I rang was ‘the worker had to go home and couldn’t finish his jobs’. Beware of this company. £175 per hour +vat when they do turn up. Total waste of time. Do not bother with them. Not worthy of even one star.
