I have been waiting for over two weeks for this disreputable company to come and remove a new boiler motor which does not work. I am sitting in a freezing house with no heating and I am eighty years old. I sit in my house with my coat on all the time and if I die of hypothermia, this company will be culpable of manslaughter. They took my money , well over £1000 for a job which was not done.
Do not deal with them at all. They are fraudsters and crooks.
Beware, of them at all costs.
