I agree with all the reviews here - they sent a smelly Guy called Gary Pickering to my house. He spent 9 seconds, (honestly) looking at my boiler, pressed a button - charged an exorbitantly high fee - and it stopped working again by next morning. No customer service, no refund, no further way of contacting them. I am going to report them everywhere - Twitter, Neighbourhood app, the consumer affairs dept, and other social media apps. They will not even give me the name of a manager - they will not escalate my query. They are SCAMMERS. BTW I am going on to a local radio show to expose them too.
