I was VERY disappointed by this company they said they would come between 10 am-11.30amthen this was changed to 1 -1 30 pm then changed again to between 3/4pm I cancelled them also they were going to charge £165 plus parts if necessary.I found another locksmith who say they will come in half an hour and what do they charge £45.
