Not happy with company standards. i rang up the company thinking i was getting an engineer who worked for erg but they are all subcontracted . they are well known on rogue traders for misleading information on their websites. i called and spoke to one of there sale agents and they made me rush and didn't seem happy to answer my questions but i was in need as i had no power so i had no choice and i paid £125 for a 3 minute job and the engineer suggests me going with a local electrician which i thought i was. last time ill be going with this company.
