Called them with an emergency toilet unblocking, they booked me in to call within the next 4 hours which I was pleased with and so was OK with the high quote. I got a call 3 and a half hours later saying 'sorry we accidentally cancelled your appointment so wont be coming.' Dreadful service, would not recommend that anyone use this company, I certainly won't be doing so again.
