My washing machine was filling with water after switching off. ERG sent an 'engineer' to stop the leak. He knew nothing about washing machines. Incidentally he turned up 7 hours late and closed fhe hot water feed and also inadvertently closed the dishwasher cold feed. The result is that I am in the same condition. Water still leaking and for that I paid £135 plus. Scandalous.
