I arranged for a plumber and made clear the keys were in a safe box. They didn't explain the engineer could not attend without someone present and than charged me the call out rate despite my complaint it was their fault. A second engineer 'broke down' and had to cancel at the last minute. There followed a week or trying to rearrange and they finally said they couldn't help. Very poor.
