We called ERG a week ago to have a wasp nest removed from a hedge, fair enough the gentleman came quickly and was very professional, cut the nest, dropped it in binbag containing insecticide tied it up, took away. He said the wasps would hang about a while but because the Queen had gone they would eventually leave. We were charged £110. Well three days later we noticed they were building another nest, getting bigger by the day, I can only think the queen must still be there. Exactly a week after the initial removel l phoned ERG and eventually after four goes they answered. I was then told I would have to pay another £110, well do they honestly think people can afford to be constantly paying out! I've had a nest removed before and no problems after. Very disappointed.
