I saw the Trustpilot logo and, wrongly, assumed they would do the job. They ask for card details up front, which should have been a red flag for me. The engineer did not manage to do the job, left saying he was on holiday for 6 weeks so could not come back, then my card was charged £522. Got in touch several times and basically they said tough. Do not touch this company. Total con.
