Unreputable company full stop. Ask for payment up front, do not deliver service, do not follow up complaints & only chase the money. Paid over £200 for a service that they have no intention of delivering. They came in 4 hours late, with no equipment to fix the problem I called about. Managed to send an engineer just late enough not to be able to source required parts. Turned off my water and that was it. Still chased the money & were not interested in how shoddy their service is. Under no circumstances use these people, they are a scam.
