All went wrong and I will never recommend and will probably be telling every friend not to use the service of this company. I asked for and engineer to come and switch on Gas system. He did look at the system and said he is not going to work on this old system and went away. I was charged 165 pounds for that. Person came surely unexperienced and did not even know how to talk to customers.
