Absolute rip-off. Charged £580+VAT for about 1 1/4 hours work to clear a drain which was blocked again within a few days. Wouldn't come out to rectify without another extortionate charge so I bought a set of drain rods and did it myself and no problems since. Don't use them -they aren't good traders
