Avoid at all costs. Price quoted was for job per hour plus any parts which was £135+ vat. The guys couldn’t do the job outright so despite them being here less than 15 minutes we were still charged for full hour. Very misleading, as job per hour in reality is a (minimum) call out charge essentially and needs to be more transparent.
