DON'T USE - was quoted an hour for a simple radiator move, plumber turned up thinking it was a boiler job so couldn't do anything, he left after two minutes but I was still charged £160 for the callout - which was clearly their mistake as the invoice states problem 'radiator'.
Rip off company, poorly run.
