Horrendous company. They use third party tradesmen. Firstly they ask for your card details and debit your card before anything has been done. Then they debit your card even if the engineer doesn't turn up, Ours actually sat in the van for 45 minutes, but never came in the house. I have it on CCTV. Will not give refunds. Complete dishonest company. Please do not divulge you card details. Go local to a recommended tradesman.
