DO NOT USE, absolute disgrace.
Engineer booked to come out as I couldn't get the gas boiler to turn on & nobody local available on same day. So called engineer arrived & did exactly what I had already done & said told me it wouldn't turn on, you'll need to book another appointment & pay again to get someone out who can fix it as I can't. He rang his mate for advice & left promptly when challenged about his lack of ability to fix the problem. Total rip off - £162 for nothing!!
