Absolutely awful experience. Not least for what they charge. Booked one day, got cancelled last minute with promise of being first job the following day. No surprise that didn't occur, and got cancelled again with a made-up excuse with the promise of a further appointment. No guarantee or promise from central booking people that it would occur.
