Never Use!! Rip-Off
I was assured to fix my conservatory lock within an hour @ £135 and then they sent me a bill of £628. Engineer did a poor job and made stories but their team bought the story at my cost. Never use instead try a local engineer. I could have got the conservatory door replaced in the range of £500 along with the lock and they charged me over £600 just for the lock replacement and aligning the door which was a fault of their engineer.
