Sorry ! The young man who turned up - late - and didnt speak much English - so it was very difficult to converse with him. I knew immediately and it was obvious that he didnt have much experience with dealing with a customer or to convey any 'fluent' details of the work needed. Sorry but I simply did not have the time to be more patient. Any 'tradesman' who deals with domestic customers - needs to have full 'customer' training before they are allowed into a domestic environment, and I really would hope you will help him to get that support. I wish him well.
