Call out took longer than initial told. Had three phone calls rearranging the time.
On attending the engineer treated one wasps nest and said they he would put a quick squirt of the treatment in a separate wall although he didn't think it was a nest but it was "better to be safe".
At no point did he say this counted as an extra nest and the honour would cost us an additional £90! He didn't give us an option not to do this or tell us the price implications. Clearly just a money making scheme.
