Despite saying they did not have the staff to answer the phone (to the tribunal service for the mediation appointment THEY requested), they called me within 10 minutes of posting my review.
After insisting they were acting in good faith, when asked if they will be contacting the court service to attempt to rebook a mediation, the agent responded "Maybe".
I have heard nothing further from them since. that was 30/8/23 and it is now 9/9/23
