Communication was sporadic and often unresponsive, making it incredibly difficult to coordinate projects effectively. This lack of organization caused delays and unnecessary stress. Furthermore, ERG Plumbing consistently failed to deliver on their promises. They frequently missed deadlines, leaving my projects incomplete and causing significant disruptions to my daily operations. Their lack of reliability and accountability was truly frustrating. To make matters worse, ERG Plumbing has now gone into administration, leaving me with outstanding invoices totaling over £1000. It's deeply concerning that they have failed to fulfill their financial obligations, leaving me in a difficult financial position. Overall, my experience with ERG Plumbing has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to fulfill financial obligations have left me in a challenging situation. I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering working with this company.
