I was assured by a confident & professional-sounding person on the phone that someone would attend asap but before 2 o’clock at the latest. Phone call at 1.30 to say that they would be unable to attend then, but would aim to before 6pm. Needless to say that changed to between 10-3 the following day, but at 2.30 I got a call to say they would be unable to attend at all. Why make appointments in the full knowledge that there would be no available people in the area? Two days wasted, including taking a day off work. Useless, unprofessional, and I advise people to steer clear of this business.
