Called about a boiler service on Fri. Was told someone would be round on Mon. No show. Said Tues. No show. Said Wed. No show. Said Thurs. No show.
Said definitely Fri 9am. No show. Called at 11 & said it wasn’t good enough, I’d waited in all week. They offered 2-4pm. I said if they didn’t send someone in the next hour to forget it. So we went our separate ways
Unprofessional shysters is the most I can say without getting abusive.
Definitely will never call them again
