Terrible service. Rang with emergency, told not too worry would be on way soon as not busy. I asked if they needed details of fault. Seemed annoyed when I said I knew what fault was. Even more annoyed I dare ask if they would have parts. Waited 6 hours for an engineer to be told not coming. Apparently he had broken down. Even though I was told he was enroute two hours prior. Shambolic affair, had to cancel bank card to stop transaction for zero services. Unreliable, scammers. Do not use. Wish I’d read reviews before any interaction.
