Called out paid 125 +vat for the call out, (vat was not disclosed at the initial call). Told we needed a part that they would have to order, over £250 for that, once ordered they have come out again and advised they need to order another part to fit the first part.
This company appears to be scamming people, not providing a good service.
Boiler remains broken 2 weeks later and over £400 down
