You have done a rubbish service, came one day late as booked, charged £150 for a few minutes job, told us it will last for at least couple of years or months, but in fact the water tape starts leaking in one day again, called back to ask for refund, all staffs told me they have no management team to deal, and no response, no refund. It is absolutely a cheating!
