My Dad has Alzheimer’s & I’m working full time in this difficult time for everyone & unable to visit due to lockdown I had hardly any info except what my Dad had told me his toilet blocked & no hot water ERG immediately had engineers out & handled everything amazingly very grateful can’t recommend them enough
