Made the mistake of calling this company after a boiler breakdown. First they were a no-show but called and made another appointment the next day. The engineer was in the house just a few minutes. Claimed to have fixed the boiler and criticised our usual engineer. He hadn't. I believe that the boiler just came back on briefly when he switched it on. Shortly after he left it broke again. Now they are not responding to emails. Scammers
