I am hugely disappointed by the whole service provided by Eurosender, unprofessional, poorly organised and poorly coordinated. If I could put minus 100 stars, it would be handy First of all I had to wait 2 hours for a driver to show up, and nobody informed me that the driver was getting late. I called the day before to make sure that the driver could come between 11 and 13 and he arrived at 13h10 while I was having a work meeting. Eurosender called me at this moment while I asked to inform the driver that I was having an important meeting till 13h25 and was not able to join him till then. When I managed to find the driver parked quite far from my apartment and after calling Eurosender several times while desperately running in all directions, I found out he was not speaking a word of English. That's why the driver didn't call me to coordinate everything, while Eurosender told me that he was going to call me. So Eurosender sent me the driver who is not able to communicate with me as a client!!!! More to come. Using google translate he told me that helping me with loading the stuff into the car was not his job, while I paid for this service! Then he called the office and tried to explain the same once again with the help of his colleague. I had to explain to her that I paid for that. And all this conversation made me lose my time even more, as if I haven't already wasted enough time waiting for the driver and trying to find him without any indication from the eurosender. Also the woman from the eurosender office reproached me that I made the driver wait for me, while before he was 2 hours late and I had to reschedule all my day. And then with a face showing me that he was not happy at all about the situation, the driver finally started helping me to load my things into the truck. We loaded everything together, he helped me with big things in the beginning, but I was the one who picked the most of the stuff from the apartment situated on the 1st flood to put it downstairs - boxes, small furniture. Going up and down the stairs multiple times, loading and unloading the elevator. And basically doing the hardest part of the loading. So the driver could take it outside and put into the truck that he managed to park closely to the apartment at the end of the loading. And when everything was loaded into the car, I found out that I would receive all my stuff on Monday and not the next day, on Saturday, as I was informed earlier by logistics service, and I booked my flight accordingly Last but not least - nobody informed me about a time slot when the driver would arrive on Monday. I received a WhatsApp message at 6:34 a.m. to inform me that the driver arrived. Apparently I was supposed not to sleep the whole night and wait the driver to arrive. So once again I had to reschedule my day and head to my home from the office to unload the truck with the driver. In the middle of my working day. As I didn’t have any time slot in advance, it was not possible to anticipate his arrival and ask for a help. I called the Eurosender office trying to get any details, but it was closed. During the unloading, the driver helped me with big things, all the rest I was doing by myself. While I paid the help with unloading. after contacting customer service, I was shocked to learn that the driver was the only one who had to wait and that he was the only one to load and unload the truck. Also my lamp and photo frames were damaged during the delivery process. What a waste of money
